Space Flow Planner
Space Flow Planner is one of our basic tools to visually quantify the project for bench marking, comparing alternatives, designing solutions and making future adjustments. The majority of the project data is linked to the Space Flow Planner.
As a result, Space Flow illustrates the Big Picture. From the Big Picture, we can drill down to add and analyze the project details. Kemp Systems also uses Space Flow for pre-project demos and post project adjustments.
Various summary reports can be generated from the Space Flow layout listing: locations per row; customer/vendor storage locations; empty locations; fast mover SKU #, activity, locations, and storage zones.
Adjustment Services
To maintain facility flexibility, periodic or annual adjustments are necessary
due to changes in product sizes and packaging, new product lines, inventory levels, customer requirements, packaging, seasonal changes, and promotions.
For small or large adjustments, Kemp Systems will update your facility changes in our Space Flow Planning System and provide adjustment direction with implementation steps.
An annual facility checkup is a proactive approach to remain productive and flexible as your business and operations change.

Customer Tools
Kemp Systems has created and linked other tools to our Space Flow Planner that can be used by our customers so that they can be part of the planning process - including the pre-project and post-project phases. These tools include:
1. Layout Viewer:
• Displays Layouts and Summary Schedules
• Layout Viewer is sent to our customers with our demos
• There is no charge for the Layout Viewer Program
2. Layout Editor:
• Move, Copy & Erase - Storage Bays, Areas, and Equipment
• License and support for the Layout Editor are available through a third party vendor.
3. Kemp Systems' Monitoring Support:
If you don’t care to use software tools, Kemp Systems can provide space & work flow monitoring support and inventory adjustment services on an as-needed basis.
